- Requirements:
- B.A degree in Chinese, secretarial or management;
- Standard Mandarin with good command of Chinese;
- English CET-6, be able to answer incoming calls from foreign customers fluently;
- Approachable, hard-working, responsible.
- Duties:
- Assist to deal with recruitment, training, labor relations and other human resources matters:
- Office area management, office supplies procurement and management;
- Responsible for reception management, assist to deal with the company's meetings and activities, and take meeting minutes;
- Maintain and supervise company's related system.
